Cancellation Policy

At Fitness By Arek, I understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your fitness goals. To ensure fairness and respect for my time, I have established the following cancellation policy:

Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I require at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer your spot to another client.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. To reschedule, please contact me via WhatsApp message or phone call.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend your session, the session will be considered lost, and you will not be refunded or able to reschedule it.

Session Packages: If you have purchased a package of sessions, any session canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be deducted from your package as a lost session.

Emergency Exceptions: I understand that emergencies happen. In the case of an emergency or special circumstance, please reach out to me as soon as possible, and I will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Communication: To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact me via WhatsApp message or phone call. I do not accept cancellations or rescheduling requests through other means.
