About me
I believe that having a great physique goes way beyond just how you look. The process of getting in great shape has a positive effect on other areas of life and your mindset. Over the years I’ve struggled with being skinny and not being able to gain muscle mass. Through correct nutrition and intense training I’ve managed to change that and create a physique that I’m proud of. Of course everyone has their own journey but I never seen training and fitness as just striving towards a physical goal.
The most important part of it all is trying new things, new strategies, new approaches, new ways of training, new diets, new exercises, different supplements, learning from mistakes and figuring out what works best for you, gaining knowledge and experience along the way to be the best possible coach for my clients.
Always being open minded and accepting criticism to become a better coach.Being extremely self disciplined, taking care of my health and nutrition, doing it on the days when I don’t feel like it and enjoying the process has lead me to become a whole different person in the past few years.
From a shy kid who would never imagine about posting anything on social media, or telling someone what to eat or how to train. To guiding countless people through their fitness journey, building long lasting non negotiable habits, creating a better & healthier lifestyle, being example to the people around me and achieving a great physique along the way.
The physical change is a by-product of what’s really important in my eyes, the confidence, mental strength, self discipline, energy, positivity, productivity, setting an example to others and becoming an all round better version of yourself is what really counts. As a business owner, your output is key, the more productive you are usually directly correlates with how successful you are. There is no doubt, training, eating the right things and recovering properly has had a massive positive impact on me. Allowing me to become more resilient, work more, train more and feel even better.

I take a holistic approach to nutrition, focusing not just on calorie intake but on the quality and nourishment each food provides. This perspective goes beyond simply counting calories, emphasising whole, nutrient-dense foods that support overall well-being. By prioritising balanced meals rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, I've seen significant improvements in my energy levels, mental clarity, and physical performance. This shift has not only transformed my body composition but has also enhanced my ability to perform at my best, whether in everyday activities or during intensive workouts. It's a comprehensive strategy that has fuelled my success, proving that nutrition is about more than just numbers it's about quality and vitality.
